Quick Nick’s Handyman operates on a time plus materials basis.

Experience shows that 30 minutes is not a time long enough for most of the repair and maintenance work that the company undertake on behalf of clients to be completed. Therefore, there is not a call-out fee, the competitive rates start at £45 for the first whole hour. Each additional half hour is charged at £18.    

Regardless, however, Quick Nick's Handyman recognises that some jobs may take a lot less than 1 hour or even 30 minutes to complete. As a result, the minimum charge is £30 payable if the work undertaken is completed within 30 minutes of arrival of the handyman.

All prices quoted above are for work undertaken during business hours of 8.00am. until 5.00pm. Mondays to Fridays. Any other time except Sundays and Bank Holidays the above call-out rates increase by 50%.

Prepayment it is not essential, but payment settlement at the end of the call-out is required.

Please note that there is a £45 charge where a cancellation is made within 36 hours of the appointment.
