Quick Nick's Handyman operates on a time plus materials basis.

Experience shows that 30 minutes is not a time long enough for most of the repair and maintenance work that the company undertakes on behalf of clients to be completed. Therefore, our competitive rates start at £45 for the first whole hour. Effective September 21st, 2009 each half hour is charged at £20. There are no additional call-out charges.

Regardless, however, Quick Nick's Handyman recognises that some jobs may take a lot less than 1 hour or even 30 minutes to complete. As a result, the minimum charge is £35 payable if the work undertaken is completed within 30 minutes of arrival of the handyman (not for the congestion charge zone) for which is £45.

All prices quoted above are for work undertaken during business hours of 8.00am. until 5.00pm. Mondays to Fridays. Any other time except Sundays and Bank Holidays the above call-out rates increase by 50%.

Prepayment it is not essential, but payment settlement at the end of the call-out is required.

Please note that there is a £45 charge where a cancellation is made within 36 hours of the appointment!
